Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Brownies

Oreo Stuffed Chocolate Brownies

Oreo stuffed chocolate brownies = the perfect way to improve your week. These are super chocolatey, super fudgy brownies packed with crushed oreo cookies, what’s not to like?

How to make fudgy brownies:

  • Minimal dry ingredients, lots of the good stuff (butter & chocolate.) The more dry ingredients (e.g. flour) you use the cakier your brownies are going to turn out.
  • Use brown sugar instead of white, the molasses content will help create a moister texture.
